Charcuterie Workshop

We will take you through the process step by step on how to make a gorgeous board to impress your family and friends. We provide all the necessary food supplies to make a board.  We will build a large board in class together and share techniques we use when building our boards.   After we build the board together you get the chance to construct your own masterpiece on a disposable take home board!  Steve, our in house wine expert, will be joining us to guide us through the wine selection process when pairing wines with local and aritisan cheese,  fruits, and other fine items on a charcuterie board!
